At&t Wireless Service Agreement

We may send courtesy „alerts“ when your device connects to a wireless network in another country to notify you of data roaming usage. There is no guarantee that you will receive these notifications, and they are not a guarantee of a specific billing limit. Although the outdoor antenna and APS represent AT&T equipment for the lifetime of a fixed wireless Internet service, for all other purposes, you are considered the owner of the outdoor antenna and APS and do not need to return the outdoor antenna and APS to AT&T upon termination of your fixed wireless Internet service. In the event of termination of your service for any reason, the outdoor antenna and APS will remain where they are installed on your site, and you will be solely responsible for any future maintenance, servicing, maintenance and removal of the outdoor antenna and APS. The maintenance, maintenance, maintenance and dismantling of the outdoor antenna and APS should only be carried out by an experienced professional. You should not try to carry out such activities yourself. AT&T has no ongoing obligation, obligation or responsibility to perform any rework, service or maintenance work on the outdoor antenna and/or APS or to uninstall or remove the outdoor antenna and/or APS after the end of the service. AT&T will not be liable to you or any other person or entity associated with or arising out of the outdoor antenna and/or APS. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AT&T and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, licensors, employees, contractors and partners from and against any and all claims or demands made after termination of the Service arising out of or in connection with the outside office and/or APS, including, but not limited to, personal injury claims, Material damage, wear or deterioration of equipment. In addition, your use of other AT&T Services (such as U-verse TV, AT&T Phone, Unified Messaging, and other services) that may share the capacity of your broadband connection to the Service may affect the capacity available for your use of the Service at that particular time and therefore affect the performance of the Service.

Domain Name System (DNS) services translate domain names into numeric IP addresses required to locate and identify computer services and devices in the underlying network protocols commonly used to organize the Internet. DNS services include the DNS voice assistant, which automatically searches for similar or related terms when you enter an incomplete or inaccurate web address, presenting you with suggested websites that you may want to reach instead of just issuing an error message. If you prefer to decline DNS language support, you can do so by visiting att.com/cmpchoice from your desktop or mobile web browser. If you`ve signed up for an unlimited data plan from AT&T, you agree that „unlimited“ means you`ll pay a one-time monthly flat rate for wireless data service, regardless of how much data you use. You further agree that „unlimited“ does not mean that wireless data is transmitted at a certain speed or that you may use AT&T`s wireless data service in any manner you choose or for prohibited uses of the network. If you use your unlimited data plan in a prohibited manner, AT&T may restrict, restrict, suspend, or terminate your data service. We can also migrate you from the unlimited data plan to a tiered data plan and charge you the corresponding monthly fee. We will notify you of this change at least one billing period in advance, either by an invoice message, email, SMS or other appropriate means. If you change or terminate your AT&T Local Wireline voice service, we may, at our discretion, cancel your DSL service or continue to provide it at the then-current rates and conditions. You agree to pay any new or higher monthly fees that may be incurred for your new DSL service after the end of fixed voice service.

If AT&T decides to cancel your DSL service, we reserve the right to charge the applicable early cancellation fee. AT&T will not provide you with monthly invoices. You can access your account on our website, through the myAT&T app, by calling customer service or by visiting an AT&T store. You are responsible for paying all fees for the Services provided under this Agreement (for example.B. Subsection 1.9), including all fees charged to anyone to whom you authorize direct or indirect access to your Device, even if you have not authorized the use. These include, but are not limited to, (a) access fees; (b) User Fees; (c) fees for features and/or add-ons; (d) taxes, fees and other duties imposed by the Government that we are required to collect and transfer to the Government; (e) other fees and charges in accordance with att.com/mobilityfees; and (f) supplements we collect and retain from our customers, including, but not limited to, federal or state preservation fees, regulatory fees, and taxes or government fees levied on gross revenues, sales, and/or goods incurred by us to provide services to our customers. . . .
